Information You Submit
Names, telephone numbers, and addresses entered in a search form are sent to the third-party service that provides the result function. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may log routine information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to operate and improve the service. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Technical and contact information is used to run the site, address problems, understand general traffic, and reply to messages. We do not sell visitor lists or build individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state offices, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy policy of the destination controls data submitted there, including information entered through sponsored results.
Who May Process Data
Providers that host or support the service may process ordinary server logs. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and otherwise do not share it.
Data Security
The site uses an encrypted connection. Logs are kept only for the operational purposes described here. Since the site offers no user accounts, it does not maintain a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on location, a visitor may have rights to seek access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a site. New Jersey’s Data Privacy Act is P.L. 2023, c.266, with rule implementation discussed by the state in 2025. It does not create a blanket right to delete public records held by government custodians. Send a request through the Contact page; public-record requests and corrections belong with the relevant Atlantic City, Atlantic County, or New Jersey custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revision will appear here. Continuing to use the service after an update means acceptance of the revised policy.
